Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return (part of) your order, you can. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item.

Important information
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and unworn. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn tights. Items must also be packaged in the original black So Tight box (tights) or bag (activewear).

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue. You can reach us by sending an email to info@sotightshop.com. Don’t forget to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you already received.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. This process can take up to 10 business days.
