Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you're satisfied with your items. If for any reason, you want to return (part of) your order, we will offer a refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Important information
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn tights. Tights should be returned in the original So Tight box.

You can send your return to the following address. Preferably in a mailbox package or a cardboard envelope.

Important: make sure to write your order nummer in the return box or envelope. Without an order number we can't process the return.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at info@sotightshop.com. Don't forget to include your order number and a photo, so that we can help you right away.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that this process may take up to 10 business days.
